Description
This wine pays special homage to the Gentle Giants of Africa. We have chosen this Siraz as it is big and luscious with spicy flavors and a smooth velvety finish. The wine showcases aromas and flavors of black pepper, cloves and tobacco along with black cherry and plums finishing with nuances of vanilla.
Pairs well with red meat on the braai, the charred meat will hold up nicely to this bold wine. Another way is playing around with Asian flavors such as plum sauce, that will add to the fruitiness. Not a meat fan? This pairs well with the umami flavors of mushrooms, tomatoes or capsicum. Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius.
