Description
This wine pays special homage to the Gentle Giants of Africa. We have chosen this Sauvignon Blanc for its lively nose and intense fruit on the plate. The wine showcases aromas and flavors of fig, passion fruit and hints of gooseberry, it is elegantly concentrated with a lingering finish.
Pairs well with anything fresh and light. Think seafood, chicken, white cheese, green vegetables and leafy salad. It will lighten heavier dishes and enhance subtle flavors. Serve at 7-10 degrees Celsius.
