1. How do I pay?
Upon Check out the following payment options are displayed:
- Pay Now Online
- Use our new online payment portal.
- Select the option upon check out and have your credit/debit card ready.
- Place your order and you will be taken to a secure portal where you will be requested for your card details.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Our banking details are displayed on the check out page.
- Once payment has been made please send a proof of payment (POP) to email@example.com.
- Products will not be dispatched for delivery until POP has been received.
- Swipe on delivery
- This option is only available for Standard Delivery.
- Products will only be released once payment is approved.
- If a failed transaction occurs and payment is unable to be made your products will be returned to our DC. Second delivery will incur a fee or customers can pick up the product from our DC.
- No Cash Payments will be accepted.
2.Where are the Distribution Centers (DC's) Located?
- Gaborone: Unit 2, Setlhoa Retail Park, Behind Airport Junction, Gaborone.
- Maun: PLOT 17963, Nkwe Rd, Boseja Industral. Mulbridge Complex
3.Where are our Depots located?
- Currently we do not have any depots in Botswana we are working to expand into the rest of the country.

- On Back Order: Some products will display "On Back Order" this means the item is not in stock but you can purchase in advance. Full payment is required to begin processing your order. Please refer to our delivery policies for details. Our support team will contact you with any changes. Note: most items from South African will be "On back order".
- Sign Up for notifications: You can sign up for notification of an out of stock item. Once the item comes back into stock you will be notified via email.
