Made with non-genetically modified soybeans, rice, salt, and sake spirit, this strained miso has a refreshing fermented aroma and a light, unctuous flavor. It is a typical light-colored type and has a medium dryness with 12.2% salt content. This miso does not contain dashi and can be stored in a small refrigerator.
